かたかな
Loanwords: エアコン。It is pronounced "eakon", very similar to the English word "aircondition". It means air conditioner in Japanese.
コンビニ。コンビニis pronounced "konbini". Similarly to エアコン, it is a loaned word from English which means convenient store.
Natural sound: ザーザー。It is the soud of heavy rain. Very vivid, isn't it?
Onomatopoeia: パツ。"パツ" in this case is used when an object is flying or jumping away fast. It gives you a sense that the object is so fast that you can actually hear the action.
Emphasis: かっこいい(カッコイイ)。 "カッコイイ" is used as an emphasis. “かっこいい” is usually written in hiragana, but since it appeared on the advertisement, it just tried to emphasize the coolness of the drink they are trying to sell.
